  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    At this time we accept cash, check, Zelle and Venmo payment.

  • If my service day falls on a month with 5 weeks, do I have to pay for the extra service day?

    No, we understand some months have five weeks, however, you are not charged for the extra week. Regardless if the month has 4 or 5 weeks you will still pay the same amount every month.

  • If I start my services mid-month, am I charged the full monthly fee?

    No, your monthly fee will be prorated if you begin service on the second week of the month.


  • If a week is missed due to inclement weather, will I still be charged the full monthly fee?

    Yes, our team will always come to your property on the scheduled day. We will access the lawn and provide the services that are possible. Our team will always try to come back on another day if the schedule allows. However, due to safety reasons, we will not service lawns underwater/flooded.
